What are the main duties of a Cleaner?

• Clean, dust, vacuum and/or mop floors of offices, break rooms, hallways, stair ways, conference rooms, common areas, and some designated production areas on a regular rotational basis.
• Scheduled extra maintenance of floors or carpets
• Seasonal cleaning projects (windows, polishing, outside entry ways, etc.)
• Rotational weekend cleaning of our high-end Air Bnb's

Additional Requirement: This position requires the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Candidate must possess a valid driver's license. Up to date registration and insurance on the vehicle being utilized are required.

Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotational weekend schedule

Reports to: Facilities Cleaner Manager
