MSI is Honored With MVP’s Inaugural Workplace Well-Being Award

Manufacturing Solutions Inc. (MSI), a Vermont-based contract manufacturing company has been awarded the 2019 Platinum Level MVP Workplace Well-Being Award. The award recognizes 20 companies and organizations that have demonstrated a strong commitment to improving the health and well-being of their employees through workplace wellness programs.
MSI takes the health and wellness of its 250 employees very seriously. It has been a long-term company goal to enable employees to make healthy life choices. MSI’s President, Beth Salvas has lead the wellness initiative charge. Upon receiving the award she stated: “In the spring of 2005, I began the MSI Health & Wellness program, in hopes of sharing with our employees my passion for living a healthy, mindful, active lifestyle. In receiving this award, I believe it shows our employees and the general public, MSI is an employer that cares about enriching the lives of their employees and our community.”
Beth’s team has dedicated a diverse range of resources towards creating healthy programs and benefits around insurance, food, exercise, events, and awards, at no cost to the employees. The numerous employee wellness programs that MSI has been recognized for include:
