Wednesday, October 16th MSI hosted an event for national Manufacturing (MFG) Day, which is celebrated in Vermont during the month of October.
MSI took advantage of MFG Day to open our doors, and welcome local high school students to learn more about manufacturing. The 2-hour event included a presentation outlining MSI’s services and philosophies, a discussion about career opportunities with MSI’s COO and CFO, pizza and chips for lunch.
Lunch was followed by a tour of MSI’s facilities which illuminated the diverse range of career path choices that are available in the manufacturing industry, and at MSI. The day finished with chocolates and a debriefing with a question and answer period.
