Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an Human Resources Manager to join our team and assist with core HR functions and implementing various human resources programs. The HR Manager should have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, benefit administration, training, performance management, and people-focused policies and procedures.


· Proven success as an HR Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

· Experience dealing with employee relations issues, including conducting workplace investigations where needed.

· PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

· Exceptional understanding of general human resources functions, policies and procedures.

· Strong knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.

· Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.

· Outstanding skill with MS Office and ADP Workforce Now.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to form and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.

· Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and changing priorities.
