Production Manager – full-time; benefited

Manufacturing Solutions Inc. - MSI - located in Morrisville, VT is looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as a full time Production Manager.

MSI is a fast-growing lean manufacturing company located in Morrisville, Vermont. As our production manager, you be responsible for leading over 150 staff members.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing including 5S processes a must.
• Ability to manage a diverse staff in a fast-paced production environment
• Solid verbal and written communication skills a must.
• Ability to think on your feet and effectively problem solve a must.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education - High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Minimum Work Experience - Prior manufacturing experience required. Knowledge of PDCA standards required.

Required Licenses/Certifications - Valid Driver’s license required.
