Manufacturing Solutions Inc. (MSI) located in Morrisville, VT is looking for an Payroll Specialist to join our accounting team. If you like working in a professional and fast paced team environment, and have excellent organizational skills, this is the job for you!

Key responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll ensuring all data is accurate
• Submit weekly payroll reports for approval
• File weekly worker's comp information
• Coordinate with HR to ensure accuracy of benefits billing
• Reconcile wage garnishments
• Submit CTO reports
• Track HSA accruals and payouts
• Set up and track employee loans
• Review quarterly and annual tax documents

Qualifications/Attributes:

• Minimum, High School Diploma/GED
• 2 year of experience in accounting
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Flexible with changes of job assignment
• Ability to work independently, with initiative, multitask and prioritize work assignments and manage time
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of computer-based accounting systems and financial programs
