MSI is looking for a Quality Technician to join our in-house Quality team.

If you are self-motivated, have a solid attention to detail, like working in a values-based organization, and enjoy working collaboratively with teams to build quality products, this is the job for you!

The Quality Technician is responsible for ensuring that the products manufactured by the company meet the required quality standards. This includes inspecting products, conducting tests, and reporting any defects or deviations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities:

• In depth knowledge of customer quality standards, and the ability to communicate them with team members
• Commitment to detail and ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Ability to work the core values of productivity, accountability and collaboration

Qualifications:

• Prior quality experience preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing standards preferred.
